Fuid choice:
1In order to ensure the selection of fluid troublefree and highperformance work,in the system design period,
you should choose the hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic system be based on conditions carefully.All the mineral
oil are extent applicable for the axial pistion unit,which application of the basic division of the above depends
ofn the relationship of the water,temperature and viscosity,and consider oxidation and consider oxidation and
corrosion protection,material compatibility,air and water separation properties.
2 In order to ensure long service life of equipment,must be good and reliable filter,fluid pollution of particles
should not exceed the following levels:’
Grade 18/15 ---in accordance with GB/T 14039-1993
Grade 6---in accordance with SAE
Grade 18/15---in accordance with ISO/DIS4406
Fluid in the high temperature [75°C≤t,t≥90°C]:
Grade 17/14—in accordance with GB/T 14039-1993
Grade 5----in accordance with SAE
Grade 17/14—in accordance with ISO/DIS4406
3 In order the choose the correct hydraulic fluid,you must be aware of the ambient temperature related to the
working temperature,the temperature requirements is no more than 90 °C,working viscosity is 16-36 mm2
per second.Please refer to following chart,choose the viscosity of hydraulic fluid,select the highest level of
viscosity
Oil requirement:
The work of this series axial pistonpump with hydraulic oil recommended low condensate oil .antiwear
hydraulic oil,aviation hydraulicoil and so on.Normal working oil temperature is 15-65°C.,ideal Working oil
temperature is 46-54°C.Fluid in the normal operating temperature to work,should ensure the viscosity of
its movement range:16-36mm2/s.Cleanliness control in NAS1683 9 level(or GB/T14036-1993 18/15)or
less.Note:Oil cleanliness will signficantly affect the pump life!
Pump for one month or continuous use of the initial period of time ,should be-check the oil cleanliness,
and replace or clean the filter.Oil failed to replace oil.
Note:This series of axial piston pump can be difficult to use HF fuel oil. Hydraulic oil,to be ordered when
ordering the special model[EType].Using the HFA.HFB.HFChydralic oil.the need to reduce ther allowable
pressure and driving speed.allows the use of pressure and speed as follows:

Operate procedure
1.Pump should be checked befor running the insatallation is correctt and reliable,whether it is required to
install the coupling turn the coupling by hand if stuck phenomenon 2.After initial use or long-term storage operation,should be required before the start of the piston according
to instructions of the shell is filled with the work of cleaning fluid ,or not allowed to atart ,check before the
start of steering ,the primr mover,check valve into ,the tubing Ee are open. 3. Such as adjusting the system to the minimum vzlue of the relief valve ,non-load start.
4.Starting point should be the first move ,after conntinuous operation to work ,After a certain time in
operation no abnormal phenomenon ,and then gradually adjust to the required pressuer and flow.Safety
relief valve should not exceed the maximum value of the provisions of regulation . Note :Failing to piston damage is not caused by use of three bags of range.
